Great culinary herb with a strong flavour used to season meats, casseroles, sauces and stuffings. Can be used in a similar way to mint or sage simply add a sprig to vegetables like beans and potatoes during cooking or chop finely with diced shallots and add to melted butter to create a delicious topping to pour over and mix through cooked vegetables for a tasty side dish.
