We answer some of the most frequently asked questions here!

We live in the South Island and would like to order plants but you don't seem to send them here, why is that?

Great question! Basically it comes down to economics and reliability of freight services. We appreciate that it can be frustrating that we don't send our plants nationwide but this is the right choice for our business currently. Things may change in the future so never say never but at the moment we only ship our plants to North Island addresses.

I have never had plants shipped to me before and it seems a bit risky, do you ever offer personal delivery?

We can do! Dependent on location and timing of course. You are welcome to send an email through to discuss, sometimes it helps to have a chat. However it will pay to watch this space as we are currently working on something that may be a bit of a game changer!

Do you have eftpos at the nursery?

No sorry. We can only accept cash payments or bank transfer onsite.

Are you open to the public?

Yes we are- viewings of the nursery are by appointment only during our off season (please take the time to read the separate page about visiting us) or feel free to come along to our open days which are held regularly from September to December each year. We do post regular updates about our open days on social media, please follow us to stay in the know!

Do you re-use pots? If so can we return them to you?

We absolutely do re-use pots, over and over again until they can't go on! Generally speaking we prefer the smaller sizes including the 6 cells as we utilise these more for potting. We recently had to buy a large run of grey pots to carry on production with so we would love it if these could be returned as much as possible- it helps us keep costs down and ensures we get the most use out of them. Please leave any returned pots in the driveway.
