Plants are packaged and sent on Mondays and Tuesdays- excluding public holidays. For prompt processing and despatching of your plants please place your order by midday on Saturday.  Orders placed after this cut off time will be sent the following week. 

We will on occasion ship on Wednesdays but this is at our discretion. 

Our plants are packed with care with lots of newspaper or alternatives snuggled around the plants to minimise movement and disruption during transit. We do use tape across and in between plants to keep them in place as well. This is a necessary element to our packaging process to try minimise damage during transit. Whilst we do our absolute best to get your plants safely to you ultimately It is a risky business and we will not be held responsible for what happens during transit. Please be aware of the risks undertaken when having plants couriered to you. 

For any issues regarding your parcels or the condition your plants have arrived in please direct your emails to the helpful team at support@courierit.co.nz. 

We use booking agent CourierIt to send out our plants, once the parcels have been collected from us they will begin to send you email notifications keeping you up to date with how your parcel(s) are tracking. Sometimes these emails can end up in junk mail so please check in there just in case. 

All parcels are sent under an ATL which is an ‘Authority to leave’ you will not be required to sign for your parcel. If you wish to leave specific delivery instructions to be relayed to the courier driver please leave them in the comments of your order. 

Freight charges are calculated on volume, in general the more plants you order the higher the freight charge but spend $100 or more on plants and we will ship your plants for free...yes FREE!* Incredible value. There is no charge extra for rural addresses.
Free shipping is automatically applied at the checkout once your order hits the minimum threshold of $100.
 
*Applicable to North Island addresses only- no offshore islands and we do not offer any shipping options to the South Island.

1-6 plants $10     
7-12 plants $16 
13 + plants $22*

*This is a flat rate for any order that contains over 12 plants but hasn't met the minimum spend for free shipping.

Pick up onsite is free (for any number of plants).
