A spectacular Salvia forming an upright shrub of soft heart shaped leaves and masses of lilac-blue flowers. This plant is a flowering masterpiece and really is at its best towards the end of Winter heading into spring. Perfect for cottage garden borders and beds. The flowers are a firm favourite with bees and bumblebees.

Copes with very light frost but is best nestled in with other shrubs or sheltered by surrounding buildings/structures.

Trim back by 1/3 after flowering.

A part shade area that receives about half day sun is ideal.
