A spectacular Salvia forming an upright shrub of soft heart shaped leaves and masses of lilac-blue flowers. This plant is a flowering masterpiece and really is at its best towards the end of Winter well in to Spring. Often for months on end. Perfect for cottage garden borders and beds. The flowers are a firm favourite with bees and bumblebees.

Copes with very light frost but is best nestled in with other shrubs or sheltered by surrounding buildings/structures.
Trim back by 1/3 after flowering.
A part shade area that receives about half day sun is ideal.
