Forming tidy, compact clumps of foliage for most of the year, these burst into life mid summer with a showy and impressive display of violet-blue flowers held on tall stems. Great for planting around pond, stream or in areas of garden that are prone to flooding as they don't mind a bit of sitting water or boggy soils. The lovely blue of the flowers mixes well in the garden and looks great when planted in large groups providing colourful impact in the border. Pollinator friendly.
